What is a Thread Lift?

The threads in a thread lift are made from the same material as absorbable sutures. They are placed strategically beneath the skin using a small cannula, or slender tube. Once the threads are in position, Dr. Burgdorf then gently tightens them to elevate sunken contours and simultaneously trigger the skin’s natural wound-healing abilities in the form of collagen production.
