30-year-old mom who expressed dissatisfaction with breasts after breastfeeding, and abdomen after pregnancy. Patient was a DDD cup and wanted her breast to be reduced and lifted, and for excess skin and fat to be removed from the abdomen. Patient underwent a breast lift with abdominoplasty and liposuction to the flanks.
