Pt has three children, all via C-section. Complained about mid section and having a lot of scar tissue in the area of the c-section. She also lost her belly button from a previous abdominal surgery. Is a non-smoker, takes only multivitamins, 5'5", 170 was a D-DD and wanted to be a B to C cup. She was not worried about fullness, but wanted her breasts to be perky. Underwent an abdominoplasty with flanks, lower extremity and mons liposuction, and bilateral mastopexy.
