Patient with 2 kids which are three and one. Currently a B cup, loved size when she breastfed, which was around a D cup. Unsure if she needed a lift or not when she came in for a consult Both children were delivered via c-section. Patient with severe diastasis recti with pregnancy. Patient reports only 20 pound weight gain with each pregnancy. 4'11", 140 lbs. She underwent an abdominoplasty with lipo to flanks and breast augmentation with Galaflex with internal lift.
