33-year-old female patient who had never undergone surgery and was new to aesthetic surgery. Patient has two kids and since having kids was concerned with the deflation of breast after childbirth. Patient underwent breast lift with bilateral breast augmentation using 450cc Mentor High Profile. Patient has been happy since surgery and is moving to live on the beach with family.
