43-year-old had 3 children, PCOS and had a vertical C section. Her breasts were not sitting where she wants them to be. Pre-operatively, she is a C/D cup, she would like to be a D cup. Over the last 2 years, she has lost 30 lbs by eating low-carb diet and doing some exercise. She opted for an extended abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks, with repair of an umbilical hernia and vertical hernia at the same setting. She had a Mastopexy with augmentation with Mentor SMooth Round HP gels, 500cc vol., with GalaSHAPE for extra support. She also carried a fair amount of fatty deposits in her legs, so she underwent circumferential liposuction to her lower extremities at a separate operation.
