36-year-old mom, who had undergone a breast lift and augmentation 11 years ago, had dissatisfaction with droop and volume to breasts as well as stubborn loose abdominal skin and excess fat to back. Patient underwent a revision mastopexy with capsulectomy, abdominoplasty, and liposuction to bilateral flanks and bra strap.
