With large pendulous breasts and lipodystrophy to abdomen and flanks. She desired cosmetic improvement of all these areas and desired D cup of her breasts. She was a DDD and desired some weight reduction of the breasts as well as some contouring around the abdomen. She underwent Mastopexy, with abdominoplasty and liposuction to her flanks.
