He has been noticing fatty tissue since he was 13 years old. Last growth spurt was around 17/18. Hasn't noticed much changes since he was a teenager, maybe slightly gotten better. Notices puffiness behind the nipple which is sometimes tender. He's been on some hair loss medication for three weeks. Hasn't had any big weight loss or gain over the years. Been pretty stable. Not smoking weed. No signs of testicular cancer. Direct excision with liposuction removed his gynecomastia.
