Received injections on 4/2/21 & 5/4 2021. Minor bruising but otherwise looked pretty but by July most of the filler had been adsorbed and my wrinkles were almost as bad as they were prior to treatment. I was really disappointed in the results. I had expected the filler to be long-lasting.

A year after having my twin boys it was time to do something about my stomach. I gained 56 pounds during pregnancy and nine weeks of bed rest. I managed to lose 50 pounds but my body shape did not return to its former state. I had a c-section so I was prepared for the pain. I will say the pain of the Tummy Tuck was significantly less than the c-section. My stomach was just really tight and I was hunched over for a couple weeks. I also had lipo and that was much more painful. Dr. Burgeoned was amazing as well as his staff. I called in the wee hours of the morning with a concern and he was happy to hear from me. One of his nurses came to my home two days after my procedure when I had trouble putting my compression garment back on. He did a beautiful job and now I feel like myself again.

I had been feeling very self-conscious about my body in recent years. I have two kids, and prior to giving birth, I had a major surgery that had left a very nasty scar. I don't think there are enough great things to say about Dr. Burns and his staff! The facility was Beautiful and they have lovely amenities. He was so kind and patient. Very attentive and I never felt rushed. When he was in the room with me I felt like I was the only 1 he had on his mind. The ladies there are Angels!!! His Team seems like a family. Full of great advice and always a sincere word of encouragement. The Surgery went Flawlessly. It made me feel silly to ever have worried at all. I had no complications at all and my breasts look AMAZING!! I feel like a new woman. Curves... whoever thought it lol. I went from a 32 B to a 34DD/32F. 32 F is my true size. It sounds huge but it is perfect for my body. Dr. Burns is a true gentleman and will go above and beyond to ensure that you feel confident in your surgery. He was 100% honest and I never felt like her was trying to sell me at my consultation. He even suggested I forgo one procedure that I was interested in. How's that for a Great Doc? I could go on and on, but I won't I will just say that Sharon the receptionist is the loveliest lady I've ever met and Tracy his Patient Care Coordinator was so efficient and always returned my calls right away. I believe in the same day. Oh and Dr. Burns was incredibly punctual. I was always expecting to be waiting for at least 30 mins to see him...which is normally the case with these plastic surgeons, but each and every time he was there 5 mins or less after the start of each appointment. If you want an EXCELLENT, humble, extremely knowledgeable Doctor. Choose Dr. Burns. You won't regret it.

I reiterate all the positive descriptions of Dr. Burgdorf and his staff. Dr. Burgdorf was a referral from another plastic surgeon in Nashville. To me, a personal referral is one of the best ways to find who or what you’re looking for. In addition, their website was one of the better endorsements for his work, not to mention all of the awards he has received. Added to all of this is the welcome, comfortable feeling I got on the initial phone call—his receptionist, Chris, was a great first impression of that office and staff. That comfortable feeling was continued with his assistant when she accompanied me to the room where I met Dr. Burgdorf. His warm smile and demeanor were an immediate, major extension of the confidence I had previously felt. After an extensive consultation, I knew I was in the right place with the right doctor and staff! During both of my surgical events, my confidence was reinforced with his aftercare. His follow-up with me and my progress was top-notch. Dr. Burgdorf is certainly worthy of all his awards and the highest recommendations anyone can receive.

Dr. Bergdorf is, hands down, the BEST Dr. EVER!!! From the first time I met him through today, he has always been attentive, detail-oriented, and responsive. He is patient and really takes the time to LISTEN to you, understand your concerns and desired results, and then takes the time to EXPLAIN everything in a way that is understandable and makes sure to address all of your concerns. He is very honest (and accurate) about what the procedure will entail, what the recovery process will be like, etc. You definitely go into your procedure with a very clear understanding of what is being done, what the recovery will be, how long the healing process will take, etc. On the day of your procedure, Dr. Burgdorf again takes the time to meet with you and calm any last-minute nerves, etc. His demeanor and bedside manner are fantastic! Dr. Burgdorf is just as patient, attentive, detail-oriented, and caring after your procedure as he was before and during. My procedure went smoothly; I had no complications whatsoever; my recovery was exactly as described; and my results are OFF-THE-CHART AMAZING!! Definitely the BEST decision I have ever made, and so totally, completely worth every cent!!!! My experience with Dr. Burgdorf far exceeded my expectations. He is PHENOMENAL, as is his entire staff, who have always gone above and beyond and had the best attitudes! I will never go anywhere else for any cosmetic procedures!!!

I went into Music City Plastic Surgery for some Botox and fillers. Dr. Burgdorph’s nurse Haleigh performed the injections. She talked through everything with me, from her suggestions on what can be done, and listened to what I wanted. She was extremely professional, polite and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit. She followed up after my visit to check in on me, which was a great personal touch. Have a genetically inherited double chin. Always bothered me. After just one Kybella treatment I have already seen marked improvement. It was somewhat uncomfortable. Advil was sufficient to lessen the discomfort. I was swollen as expected for about 2 weeks. Since then I've noticed a significant reduction in the chin.
